  2. Print the Form on Legal Size Paper.
  3. Fill the form in BLOCK letters.
  4. Attach 2 passport size photos.
  5. Attach Aadhar Card Xerox.
  6. Joining Fees to be paid by DD or Online after Membership Conformation
  7. All documents to be sent by the Govt. Post to address mentioned in the form.

Terms and Conditions

APPOINTMENT

  • Only the Board of Directors of UHRC and Authorizes Member has the authority to appoint a person on any position, others can only refer or recommend to him and If the membership is not approved by the Board of Directors of the UHRC, the reason for the refusal shall be communicated to the person / applicant concerned.
  • The application should have applied for member writing through the specified application form.
  • The member must be minimum of 18 years of age.
  • The organizing Membership Committee/Authorize Officer of Unified Human Rights Council (UHRC) reserves rights to accept or reject any application
  • I/WE hereby confirm that above mentioned information east to and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I understand and agree that the payment under consideration is contribution for life time membership/ one year membership is nonrefundable.
  • I never be involved any legal / unlawful activities inside the country or elsewhere.
  • Unified Human Rights Council (UHRC) has right to cancel / modify / update my membership any time anywhere.
  • I found guilty or irregularities I am bound to follow Unified Human Rights Council (UHRC) norm till my membership.

NOTE:

  • The decision of the Board of Directors shall be final and binding
  • The term ‘MEMBER’ shall mean and include only that person whose name is entered in the Membership register. Members shall not be entitled to claim any refund of membership fee or any other amount paid to UHRC and the Society shall not be liable to refund any such amount paid under any circumstances.
  • All new appointed members has responsibility to bring 5 members to join, as a member of the Organization before completion of one month.
  • All the unit president has the responsibility to develop their units.
