Human Rights Protection and Advocacy Department

Focuses on promoting and protecting human rights, including civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights. Addresses issues such as child labor, gender discrimination, and human rights violations. Provides advocacy for marginalized communities and human rights violations.

Social Welfare and Empowerment Department

Works on initiatives for the upliftment of disadvantaged groups, including women, children, elderly, and differently-abled individuals. Focuses on social justice, equal opportunities, and the removal of social evils (e.g., child marriage, dowry, bonded labor). Establishes rehabilitation centers for destitute, widows, orphans, and persons with disabilities.

Health and Medical Services Department

Provides healthcare services, including setting up hospitals, clinics, mobile dispensaries, and organizing medical camps. Promotes traditional and alternative medicine systems (e.g., Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga). Supports campaigns on public health issues (e.g., HIV/AIDS, cancer awareness, sanitation, and hygiene).

Education and Skill Development Department

Establishes and runs educational institutions and skill development centers for underprivileged communities. Provides scholarships, training programs, and vocational courses to enhance employability. Promotes literacy, basic education, and awareness through publications, awareness campaigns, and other educational activities

Environmental and Sustainability Department

Focuses on environmental protection, conservation, and sustainability projects (e.g., tree plantation, water conservation, pollution control). Implements initiatives for climate change mitigation, such as promoting green energy and sustainable living. Advocates for environmental human rights, such as access to clean water, air, and sustainable resources.

Women and Child Development Department

Works on empowering women through education, employment, and awareness. Prevents and addresses issues such as gender-based violence, human trafficking, dowry harassment, and child marriage. Provides support for women and children in need, offering shelter, counseling, and rehabilitation programs.

Tribal and Rural Development Department

Focuses on the development of tribal communities and rural populations. Promotes cultural preservation, sustainable development, and improved living standards in rural and tribal areas. Works on issues like land rights, access to education, and healthcare for marginalized tribal populations

Economic Development and Livelihood Department

Implements programs for poverty alleviation through livelihood generation and sustainable economic development. Supports micro-enterprise development, rural artisans, and small businesses. Promotes entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and economic empowerment among underserved populations.

Disaster Relief and Emergency Response Department

Provides immediate relief and support to victims of natural and man-made disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, famine). Organizes disaster preparedness, response, and recovery efforts, including the provision of food, shelter, and medical aid. Coordinates with other humanitarian organizations and government agencies for disaster response.

Arts, Culture, and Heritage Department

Promotes and preserves indigenous art, culture, and traditions. Organizes cultural events, festivals, and exhibitions to promote awareness and appreciation of local heritage. Provides a platform for marginalized artists and cultural communities

Research and Policy Development Department

Conducts research on social, economic, and environmental issues affecting disadvantaged communities. Works on policy advocacy, lobbying for reforms, and the development of strategies to improve lives. Engages in data collection, surveys, and publications to inform policy and decision-making processes.

Legal Aid and Advocacy Department

Provides legal support and assistance to marginalized groups, including representation in courts and legal advice. Advocates for policy changes and social justice through legal channels. Addresses issues of human rights violations, access to justice, and legal reforms.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization Department

Focuses on raising funds for the NGO’s programs and initiatives through donations, grants, and fundraising events. Organizes campaigns to raise awareness and funds for specific causes (e.g., healthcare, education, disaster relief). Manages relationships with donors, government agencies, and partner organizations to secure financial support.

Public Relations and Communications Department

Handles the NGO's communication strategy, including media outreach, publications, and online presence (social media, website). Develops and disseminates information about the NGO’s activities, impact, and initiatives. Works on creating awareness campaigns and public engagement initiatives

Community Development Department

Works directly with local communities to understand their needs and implement community-driven development programs. Focuses on projects related to sanitation, housing, water, education, and local infrastructure development. Promotes participation and empowerment of local communities in decision-making processes

Volunteers and Capacity Building Department

Manages volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination. Provides opportunities for individuals to engage in community service and development activities. Focuses on building the capacity of staff, volunteers, and community leaders through training programs.
