Roadwork from Krishna River to Police Station Begins in Kudachi Town
Kudachi Town, Belgaum District – Roadwork on the stretch from Krishna River to the Police Station in Kudachi has officially commenced today, marking a significant development for the town. The road construction project, supported by the Public Works Department (PWD), was a long-awaited initiative.
The Unified Human Rights Council (UHRC) Karnataka Unit had formally requested the authorities to begin this crucial roadwork on December 2, 2024, and we are pleased to see that the work has now started, improving infrastructure and connectivity for local residents.
Special thanks go to Kudachi MLA Mahendra Tammannavar for his continued support in ensuring this project came to fruition. The UHRC also extends its gratitude to Team UHRC Belgaum for their tireless efforts in bringing attention to this important issue.
